Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- The original packaging and tags must be intact.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds. Once the returned items are received and inspected, a store credit voucher will be sent to your registered email address within 7-10 business days.
How to Initiate a Return
- Login to your account and go to the "My Orders" section.
- Click on "Return / Exchange" for the order you wish to return.
- Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Our logistics team will contact you to schedule a pickup.
- Once the items are received and verified, a store credit will be issued.
